Intel 82566MC 8086:104D now works
A big thank you to Willibald and the author of GENMAC_MAC.
Had to set the MAC address with the tool SETMACADDR.EXE,
and the wired nic in my ThinkPad R61 now works in UNSUPPORTED mode,
(using an older e1e5132.sys, size 181760, not sure about original
date and version number).
