I have Iwill KV200, based on via kt133.

In config.sys:

BASEDEV=USBUHCD.SYS
BASEDEV=USBD.SYS /REQ:USBUHCD$
BASEDEV=USBHID.SYS
DEVICE=D:\OS2\BOOT\POINTDD.SYS
DEVICE=D:\OS2\BOOT\MOUSE.SYS
DEVICE=D:\OS2\BOOT\USBMOUSE.SYS

Just this order (spoken on channel with somebody). This works. do not remove device=mouse.sys! This causes usbmouse to stop loading.
