• Update BIOS -- ftp://download.gigabyte.ru/bios/mb_bios_ga-970a-ud3_f6.exe
• troubles with AHCI
• install without ACPI, add ACPI later
• Realtek 8111E, write real MAC address to the driver, else it doesn't work
• Sound - Uniaud OK
