Bubblepad is a replacement class for the Launchpad of OS/2 Warp 3 and above. As the name says it gives you a fly over help for all of the buttons. Now it is possible to distinguish all the different folders you have put on the pad. Furthermore this class reduces the size of the original launchpad to keep your desktop free.
